All True Value Lazada customers are qualified to join.
Customers will earn one (1) e-raffle ticket for a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱2,500 made on Lazada from November 15 to December 31, 2025.
Only customers with delivered or completed orders are eligible to join the raffle promotion. Participation is strictly voluntary.
Customers who meet the required purchase amount must explicitly register or opt-in to be included in the raffle.
Purchases alone do not automatically qualify the customer for entry into the raffle draw.
By joining, participants:
• Acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the promotion;
• Provide informed consent for the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws;
• Authorize communication via the contact details provided for purposes of winner notification and prize claiming;
• Permit the public announcement of their name and/or likeness should they win, through official channels determined by the organizer.
Customers who meet the required purchase amount of ₱2,500 will receive a printed QR code along with their orders.
Using the printed QR code, customers need to register their raffle entry by providing the required details:

▪ Purchase Date
▪ Order Receipt Number
▪ Customer Name
▪ Complete Address
▪ Contact Number
▪ Email Address
▪ Total Purchase Amount
▪ Date and Time of Registration (automatically recorded by Microsoft Forms)
Entries will be accepted until January 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM only, to allow sufficient time for the delivery and receipt of orders made on December 31, 2025.
Entries submitted beyond this date and time will no longer be included in the raffle draw.
All qualified customers will receive an email confirmation.
The raffle draw will be held on January 14, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the True Value PH Head Office, located at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, RRHI Building 3, 2nd Floor, in the presence of a DTI representative.
The winner will be determined through an electronic raffle (e-raffle) using a spin wheel system.
Prize: One (1) Brikk Retro Mini Fridge (brikk ref retro prsnlred brfl301rd evnt)
The winner shall be notified through a direct chat message via the Lazada app using the order number provided at registration, or via the registered email address associated with the order and through registered mail.
Additionally, the winner’s name will be publicly posted on the official True Value Facebook page.
The winner will be announced through True Value Facebook official pages on January 20, 2026.
Only purchases made through the Lazada payment channel are valid.
Employees, suppliers, affiliates, and promotional partners of True Value, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from participating in this promotion.
Prize is not convertible to cash or other products, but transferable.
• To transfer the prize, the winner should provide a written transfer letter assigning the prize to the new recipient.
• The recipient must provide 2 valid IDs and the Transfer Letter from the winner before receiving the prize.
Prize should be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail notification or it will be forfeited in favor of True Value upon prior approval by DTI.
True Value PH will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
• Delivery:
Winners who prefer to have their prizes delivered must provide a complete and valid shipping address within 15 days from notification.
The prize will be shipped via courier at no cost to the winner.
Winner must present necessary valid ID/s in line with Lazada’s delivery receipt policy.
