I. MECHANICS: 

This e-raffle promo is exclusive to all True Value customers who are registered Go Rewards members, of legal age, and residents of the Philippines.  
 

• Customers will earn one (1) e-raffle entry for every ₱1,000 worth of participating Firefly product purchases made using their Go Rewards account. Purchases are cumulative; for example, a total spend of ₱5,000 on participating Firefly products entitles the customer to five (5) e-raffle entries. 
• Customers will earn double entries for every purchase of participating highlighted Firefly items, subject to the same ₱1,000 spend requirement. 
   

• To qualify for the e-raffle promo, purchases must be made at any True Value store nationwide or through Call-to-Order transactions from May 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026.  
• All e-raffle entries must be registered on or before July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Entries submitted beyond this deadline will no longer be accepted. 
• Customers must register their e-raffle entries by scanning the QR code printed on their official receipt. Upon scanning, customers must completely fill out the online registration form with accurate and complete information, including:  

Full Name  

Full Address  

Email Address  

Mobile Number  

Go Rewards Membership Number  

• Only successfully registered entries with complete and verifiable information will be considered valid. 

• System validation and verification of all qualified entries will be conducted on August 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the True Value Head Office, located at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City. The verification process will be held via Microsoft Teams and witnessed by representatives from DTI, True Value, and Go Rewards (DAVI).  

• One (1) winner will receive ₱100,000 worth of Caltex StarCash vouchers. The winner will be notified through registered mail sent to the address provided during registration.  

• The winner must claim the prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail notification. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture in favor of True Value, subject to prior approval from DTI-FTEB. 

• Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. 

• Employees of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Philippines, Inc., its affiliates, partner agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in this promo.  

• True Value, with the concurrence of DTI, reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with the promo mechanics and requirements, even if such entry has already been submitted or initially deemed valid.  

• By participating in this e-raffle promo, customers agree to the collection and use of their personal information for purposes of verification, documentation, and promotional activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of the winner’s name, photographs, and other relevant details in any form of media or platform, as deemed appropriate by True Value. 

II. CLAIMING OF PRIZE 
 

• To claim the prize, the winner must present two (2) valid government-issued IDs (e.g., Driver’s License, SSS ID, or Passport) for identity verification.  

• If the prize will be claimed through an authorized representative, the representative must present the following: a signed authorization letter from the winner, a copy of the registered email confirmation, and two (2) valid IDs of both the winner and the representative. 

• If the winner is unable to personally claim the prize, the winner shall be responsible for arranging the shipment or delivery of the prize and shall shoulder all corresponding shipping, handling, and related costs, regardless of location.
