1. The promo is open to all customers at True Value Ayala Malls U.P. Town Center on February 2-4, 2024 with a valid purchase time from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

2. The customer with the highest amount purchased at the end of the promo duration will have the chance to pick one prize from the following: 

• NESPRESSO Vertuo Next GCV1 Matt Blk
• WEBER Grill Original Kettle 18.5"

3. The Customer Service or Marketing Representative will log the details of th participating customer and record all the qualified transactions on the monitoring sheet for cross checking of information.

4. The determination of the winner will be on February 4, 2024, at 7:00PM.

5. The winner will be notified through SMS, phone call and registered mail.   

6. All employees, suppliers and affiliates of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Phils. Inc. including relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.   

7. Prizes are not convertible to cash, other products or their equivalent.  

Claiming of Prizes:   

1. The winner may claim the prize at True Value Ayala Malls UP Town Center store for up to 60 days (about 2 months) upon receipt of notification.  
2. The winner must present two valid ID’s, original receipts, a notification letter and invoice/s when claiming the prize.  
3. Prizes may be claimed by a representative. The representative must present two valid ID’s, an authorization letter signed by the winner, photocopy of two valid IDs of the winner, copy of notification letter and invoice/s when claiming the prize
