Highest Purchase Promo Mechanics:

1. All True Value in-store customers with a minimum single or accumulated purchase of P40, 000.00 are qualified to join.

2. Only purchases made from July 1 to 31, 2026 at any True Value stores are considered

valid.The customer may avail for the Red, White & True Top Spender Promo Passbook from the cashier or the Customer Service representative at any True Value store to join the promo. 

3. Customers must submit their validated Red, White & True Top Spender Promo Passbook and place it inside the drop box at the Customer Service desk to their selected True Value store on or before August 1, 2026.  

4. Customers who qualify and participate in this RWT Highest Purchase Promo are no longer eligible to join or claim rewards from any other Highest Purchase Promo. Only one Highest Purchase Promo entry or reward may be availed per customer. 

5. The Customer Service or Marketing Representative will log the details of the participating customer (name, contact details and address) and record all the qualified transactions on the monitoring sheet for cross checking of information. 

6. The determination of winners will be held on August 7, 2026, at 3 PM in True Value Head Office at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City to be witnessed by a DTI representative. In case of a tie, the customer who first reached the highest amount based on the date and time of transaction shall be considered as the winner. 

7. The winner will be notified through phone call and registered mail. The name of the winner will be posted at True Value Hardware Philippines official Facebook page. 

8. All employees, suppliers and affiliates of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Phils. Inc. including relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo. 

9. Prizes are not convertible to cash, other products, or their equivalent. 

10. True Value shall shoulder 20% tax for the prize exceeding P10,000. 

CLAIMING OF PRIZES:

1. The winner may claim the prize at his/her preferred True Value store for up to 60 days (about 2 months) upon receipt of notification.  

2. The winner must present two valid ID’s, original receipts, a notification letter and invoice/s when claiming the prize.  

3. Prizes may be claimed by a representative. The representative must present two valid ID’s, an authorization letter signed by the winner, photocopy of two valid IDs of the winner, copy of notification letter and invoice/s when claiming the prize
