Top Spender Promo Mechanics

1. A customer with an initial purchase of Php40,000 in a single receipt purchase, less discount (if applicable), is entitled to join the promo.
2. For succeeding purchases (no minimum purchase amount required), customer must present transaction receipt at the marketing booth to encode in the monitoring sheet.

3. Only 1 customer with the highest purchase during the event will win the main prize:
4. The customer with the highest amount purchased at the end of the event will have the chance to win this prize: Napoleon Grill Set for Shangri-La Plaza Mall and Alabang Town Center. Brikk Set for Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
5. Qualified customers must proceed to the Promo Booth and present their receipt.
6. The customer service or marketing personnel will log the customer and transaction details on the monitoring sheet for tabulation and cross checking.
7. In case we have a tie of the highest amount purchased the participant with the earlier time of transaction on their receipt which is listed in the monitoring sheet shall be declared the winner.
8. The deadline of registration for the promo will be at 8pm on last day of the event.
9. At the end of the promo duration, the Marketing department will collate and validate all entries for the determination of winners.
10. The determination of winners will be held on October 14, 2026 for True Value Shangrila, October 21, 2026 for True Value Alabang, and October 28, 2026 for True Value Robinsons Galleria Cebu, at 3:00pm via Microsoft Teams at the True Value Head Office, in the presence of a DTI representative.
11. In case of a tie, the customer who first reached the highest amount based on the date and time of transaction shall be considered as winner. The winner will be notified through SMS, phone call and registered mail.
12. All employees, suppliers and affiliates of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Phils. Inc. including relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
13. Prizes are not convertible to cash, other products or their equivalent.
14. The winner may claim the prize at his/her preferred True Value store for up to 60 days (about 2 months) upon receipt of notification.
15. True Value shall cover the 20% withholding tax on prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
16. The winner must present two valid ID’s, original receipts, a notification letter and invoice/s when claiming the prize.
17. Prizes may be claimed by a representative. The representative must present two valid ID’s, an authorization letter signed by the winner, photocopy of two valid IDs of the winner, copy of notification letter and invoice/s when claiming the prize.
18. True Value shall request a photo opportunity with the winner and their claimed prize for posting on True Value’s official social media accounts.
