Mechanics: 

1. The promo is open to all True Value customers with single or accumulated purchase/s of Php 40,000 and up on the following store and promo duration: 

• Shangri-la - September 22, 2023 

2. The customer with the highest amount purchased at the end of the promo duration will have the chance to pick his/her prize:  

• SAMSUNG REF 59A70T0S9/ TC REF 

• WEBER GENESIS GAS GRILL E-310 

3. In case we have a tie of the highest amount purchased, the participant with the greatest number of transactions in the monitoring sheet shall be declared the winner.   

4. Accumulated purchases are valid only with entries under the same customer’s name. 

5. Qualified customers must proceed to the Customer Service Representative and present their receipt. 

6. The Customer Service Representative will log the customer and transaction details on the monitoring sheet for tabulation and cross checking. 

7. Corporate account transactions and purchases of True Value Gift Cards are not valid. 

8. Payment thru cash, credit cards and True Value Gift Cards are valid. 

9. The determination of winner will be held in True Value Head Office at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City at the following date. A DTI representative will be present. 

• Private Sale Shangri-la – September 27, 4PM 

10. The winner will be notified thru SMS, phone call and registered mail. Winner has sixty 60 days upon receipt of notification to claim the prize. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of True Value with prior approval from DTI-FTEB. 

11. To claim the prize, the winner must present the following at True Value Shangri-La: 

• One (1) valid ID with photo (TIN ID, Philippine Passport, Voter’s ID, PRC License, SSS, Employment ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID and Senior Citizen ID) 

• SMS or Printed Mail Notification from True Value 

12. All employees, tenants, suppliers and affiliates of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Philippines Inc. including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo. 

13. A customer can join only ONE (1) Highest Purchase Promotion at a time. 

14. Prizes are not convertible to cash, other products or its equivalent. 

15. True Value will have the right to announce the winner on True Value Social Media channels.
