Highest Purchase Promo Mechanics:

1. All True Value customers with a minimum single or accumulated purchase of Php 40,000 in True Value Robinsons Magnolia on November 17, 2023, are qualified to join.
    
2. Only purchases made on November 17, 2023, with a valid purchase time from 10am to 7pm at True Value Robinsons Magnolia are considered valid.
    
3. In case there is a tie of the highest amount purchased, True Value shall refer to the number of entries in the monitoring sheet. The participant with the greatest number of purchases shall be declared as the winner.  
    
4. The customer with the highest amount purchased at the end of the promo duration will have the chance to pick one prize from the following: 
   •    LG SIDE BY SIDE REFRIGERATOR RVS-M245NS 24.5 CUBIT FT
   •    WEBER GENESIS GAS GRILL E-310
    
5. Accumulated purchases are valid only with entries under the same customer’s name.
    
6. Qualified customers must proceed to the Marketing Booth to present their receipt.
    
7. The Booth Representative will log the customer and transaction details on the monitoring sheet for tabulation and cross checking.
    
8. Corporate account transactions and purchases of True Value Gift Cards are not valid.
    
9. Payment thru cash, credit cards and True Value Gift Cards are valid.
    
10. The winner will be notified thru SMS, phone call and registered mail. The winner has sixty 60 days upon receipt of notification to claim the prize. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of True Value with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
     
11. To claim the prize, the winner must present the following at True Value Robinsons Magnolia:
    
    a.    One (1) valid ID with photo (TIN ID, Philippine Passport, Voter’s ID, PRC License, SSS, Employment ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID and Senior Citizen ID)
    
    b.    SMS or Printed Mail Notification from True Value
     
12. All employees, tenants, suppliers and affiliates of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Philippines Inc. including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
     
13. A customer can join only ONE (1) Highest Purchase Promotion at a time.
     
14. Prizes are not convertible to cash, other products or its equivalent.
     
15. True Value will announce the winner on True Value’s Social Media channels.
