Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to all True Value Customers with single or accumulated purchase/s of Php 40,000 and up on May 3, 2024 at Glorietta. 

2. Member with the highest amount purchased at the end of the promo duration will choose either Weber Gas Grill Spirit E-215 Black or Samsung 19.6 cu. Ft Side by Side No-Frost Refrigerator.  

3. In case we have a tie for the highest amount purchased, the winner will be determined based on the earliest time stamp of the receipt submitted by the customer who has the highest amount purchased and 

4. Accumulated purchases are valid only with entries under the same customer’s name. 

5. Qualified customers must proceed to the Customer Service/ Marketing Representative and present their receipt. 

6. The Customer Service/ Marketing Representative will log the customer and transaction details on the monitoring sheet for tabulation and cross-checking. 

7. Corporate account transactions and purchases of True Value Gift Cards are not valid. 

8. Payment through cash, credit cards, and True Value Gift Cards are valid. 

9. The submission of the customer’s transaction receipt for the Top Spender promo is 10 AM until 7 PM at True Value Glorietta. All entries beyond 7 PM will not be accepted. 

10. The determination of winners will be on May 8, 2024 in True Value Head Office at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City. A DTI representative will be present. 

11. The winner will be notified through SMS, phone call, and registered mail. The winner has sixty 60 days upon receipt of notification to claim the prize. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of True Value with prior approval from DTI- FTEB. 

12. To claim the prize, the winner must present the following at True Value Glorietta: 

a. One (1) valid ID with photo (TIN ID, Philippine Passport, Voter’s ID, PRC License, SSS, Employment ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID and Senior Citizen ID) 

b. SMS or Printed Mail Notification from True Value 

13. All employees, tenants, suppliers, and affiliates of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Philippines Inc. including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo. 

14. Prizes are not convertible to cash, other products, or its equivalent. 

15. True Value shall shoulder 20% tax for the prize exceeding P10,000.  

16. True Value will announce the winner on True Value Social Media channels.
