2. The Customer Service or Marketing Representative will log the details of the participating customer and record all the qualified transactions on the monitoring sheet for cross checking of information.โฏ

1. The winner may claim the prize at his/her preferred True Value store for up to 60 days (about 2 months) upon receipt of notification.โฏ
2. The winner must present two valid ID’s, original receipts, a notification letter and invoice/s when claiming the prize.โฏ
3. Prizes may be claimed by a representative. The representative must present two valid ID’s, an authorization letter signed by the winner, photocopy of two valid IDs of the winner, copy of notification letter and invoice/s when claiming the prize.
