PROMO MECHANICS: 

1. This E-Raffle promo is exclusive to all True Value customers with Go Rewards who are of legal age and residents of the Philippines. 

2. To qualify for the e-Raffle promo,  

• Earn one (1) e-raffle entry for every P3,000 purchase using Go Rewards at any True Value stores or Call-to-Order transactions from April 1 to June 30, 2025.   

• Customers can earn double e-raffle entries for every purchase of any of the participating brands: Energizer, GEM, Greenfield, Homeaid, Lotus, Smart Heart, Tamsons, Tosot, Boysen, Stiebel Eltron, Firefly, Philips, Omni, Imarflex, and Cozy.   

• The deadline for e-raffle entries is on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM.    

3. The winner will be drawn on July 14, 2025, at 3 PM via Zoom with the presence of DTI, True Value, and Go Rewards (DAVI) Representatives.    

4. 1  winner will win a trip for (2) two to Banwa Private Island via Manila or Clark inclusive of 3 days & 2 nights' accommodations.  The winner will be notified via registered mail and SMS. Winners have sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim the prize. Prizes not claimed within 60 days of receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of True Value with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.   

5. The promo prize, flight e-tickets, are transferrable for as long as they haven't been ticketed out yet, but cannot be replaced with cash, credit, or other goods and services, rewards, or products other than the offer indicated in this promo and cannot be availed of in conjunction with other on-going promotions of True Value. 

6. The promo prize flight e-tickets, includes a check-in baggage of 20kg and 7kg carry-on baggage per passenger per way.   

7. True Value reserves with the concurrence of DTI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any e-Raffle entry that does not comply with any of the instructions above, even after the entry has already been submitted. By entering this e-Raffle contest, the customer agrees that any submitted data including but not limited to names, photos, and other information may be used by True Value in any platform or manner they deem appropriate.   

8. The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash or any other item. Prizes may be transferred to whoever the winner wishes to nominate, as long as the nominated is able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of the prize. 

9. All employees of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Philippines Inc., its affiliate companies, and their agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.    

10. True Value shall shoulder 20% tax for the price exceeding 10,000. 

CLAIMING OF PRIZES: 

1. The winner must submit the following details to True Value representatives who will reach out to them to claim their prize. The winner needs to present clear scanned copies of the documents and IDs requested as an additional security control measure.   

a. Full Name (as it appears on their Valid ID)   

b. Birthdate   

c. Preferred date of travel (August to September 30, 2025, only)   

d. Contact Number    

e. E-mail Address (e-tickets, flight confirmation and other necessary communication will be sent here)   

f. Scanned copy of at least 2 government-issued IDs of the winner (e.g. Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, Voter's ID).  

2. Travel dates should be from August 1 until September 30, 2025, only, and is/are subject to flight availability and excluding declared holidays and long weekends. Failure to utilize the flight tickets within the said period will mean forfeiture of the prize.   

3. Flight of the winner will be booked by True Value representative. The booking period is from August 1- 30, 2025; with a travel period of until September 30, 2025. Otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of True Value with prior DTI approval.   

4. True Value reserves the right to refuse redemptions made by the winner if the details provided by the winner are incomplete, vague, or invalid.   

5.The winner will be awarded their corresponding prize up to 60 working days after the winner is verified, validated and notified.   

6. Promo does not include any other in-flight add-ons.
