True Value caps off the month with Deal Drop Weekend, running from October 29 to November 1—four-day nationwide weekend sale.

During this period, shoppers can enjoy up to 70% OFF on premium brands and exclusive in-store experiences at participating branches. Designed as a high-energy shopping event, Deal Drop Weekend rewards customers for shopping, exploring, and engaging with True Value’s wide selection of lifestyle and home essentials.

The event features two promotions: the Top Spender Promo and the Go Rewards Top Spender Promo. Below are the mechanics for each promotion.

FULL MECHANICS OF TOP SPENDER PROMO

Mechanics: 

1. True Value customers must spend a minimum single-receipt or accumulated purchase of P40,000 at any True Value stores on October 29 to November 1, 2026 are eligible to participate in the contest. 

The customer with the highest amount purchased at the end of the event will have the chance to win this prize: SharkNinja Home Upgrade Set (Ninja Creami Scoop & Swirl, Shark Turbo Bladeless Fan, Ninja Blast Portable Blender)

2. Qualified customers must proceed to the Promo Booth and present their receipt. 

3. The customer service or marketing personnel will log the customer and transaction details  

on the monitoring sheet for tabulation and cross checking. 

4. In case we have a tie of the highest amount purchased the participant with the earlier time of transaction on their receipt which is listed in the monitoring sheet shall be declared the winner. 

5. The deadline of registration for the promo will be at 8pm on last day of the event. 

6. At the end of the promo duration, the Marketing department will collate and validate all entries for the determination of winners. 

7. The determination of winners will be held on November 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM via Microsoft Teams at the True Value Head Office, in the presence of a DTI representative.  

8. In case of a tie, the customer who first reached the highest amount based on the date and time of transaction shall be considered as winner. The winner will be notified through SMS, phone call and registered mail.   

9. All employees, suppliers and affiliates of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Phils. Inc. including relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.   

10. Prizes are not convertible to cash, other products or their equivalent.  

11. The winner may claim the prize at his/her preferred True Value store for up to 60 days (about 2 months) upon receipt of notification.  

12. True Value shall cover the 20% withholding tax on prizes exceeding ₱10,000. 

13. The winner must present two valid ID’s, original receipts, a notification letter and invoice/s when claiming the prize.  

14. Prizes may be claimed by a representative. The representative must present two valid ID’s, an authorization letter signed by the winner, photocopy of two valid IDs of the winner, copy of notification letter and invoice/s when claiming the prize. 
15. True Value shall request a photo opportunity with the winner and their claimed prize for posting on True Value’s official facebook page (True Value Hardware Philippines). 

FULL MECHANICS OF GO REWARDS TOP SPENDER PROMO

1. The promo is exclusive only for Deal Drop Weekend customers at True Value Stores on October 29 to November 1, 2026.  

2. Customer must spend a minimum single-receipt or accumulated purchase of P30,000 to participate the promo.  

3. One (1) customer with the highest purchase during the event will win the following prize: Tosot Home Bundle (Tosot Aircooler Oscillating Tower Fan, Tosot Smart Air Fryer )

4. The Customer Service or Marketing Representative will log the details of the participating customer (name, contact details and address) and record all the qualified transactions on the monitoring sheet for cross checking of information. 

5. Customers who will join this specific top spender promo are not eligible to join other Top Spender promotions of True Value. 
6. The determination of the winner, in the presence of a DTI Representative, will take place on November 13, 2026. In the use of GoRewards, data will be extracted by the Data Management team. In case of a tie, the customer who first reached the highest amount based on the date and time of transaction shall be considered as winner.  
7. The winner will be notified through SMS and registered mail.
