All True Value in-store customers with a minimum single or accumulated purchase of P40,000 are qualified to join the contest.
Only purchases made from December 12 to 21, 2025 at any True Value stores are considered valid. The customers must present their official receipt to a Customer Service or Marketing representative for validation of every transaction.
The Customer Service or Marketing representative will log the customer and record all the qualified transactions on the tabulation sheet for cross-checking.
The winner with the highest accumulated purchase will win a Haier 2-door bottom mount inverter refrigerator HRF-IVB339M.
The determination of winners will be held on January 3, 2026 at True Value Head Office at 110 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
Winners will be notified via registered mail and SMS. Winners have sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim the prize. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of True Value with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
True Value shall shoulder 20% tax for prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 in value.
All employees of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Philippines Inc., its affiliate companies, and their agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
True Value reserves with concurrence of DTI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any e-Raffle entry that does not comply with any of the instructions above, even after the entry has already been submitted. By entering this e-Raffle contest, the customer agrees that any submitted data including but not limited to names, photos and other information may be used by True Value in any platform or manner they deem appropriate.
The winner must bring two (2) valid IDs such as Driver’s License, SSS Card or Passport upon claiming of his/her prize. In claiming the prize by a representative, the representative must present the letter of authorization, registered e-mail, and two (2) valid IDs of the winner together with his/her own IDs.
The winner shall assume the responsibility for any pick-up or delivery costs of the unit once claimed.
