This e-Raffle promo is exclusive to all True Value customers with Go Rewards, who are of legal age, and residents of the Philippines.
To qualify for the e-Raffle promo:
Customers will earn one (1) e-raffle entry for every โฑ1,000 single-receipt purchase of participating Energizer, Eveready, California Scents, and Armor All products made using their Go Rewards account.
Promo is valid for purchases made at any True Value store or through Call-to-Order transactions from December 15, 2025, to February 28, 2026.
The winner will be drawn on March 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM via Zoom with the presence of DTI, True Value, and Go Rewards (DAVI) representatives.
One (1) winner will win a Samsung Smart Style Home Set which includes:
(1) Bespoke AI™ Airdresser Dual Jetsteam 5+3, and
(1) Front-load Washer AI Ecobubble™.
The winner will be notified via registered mail and SMS. Winners have sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim the prize. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of True Value with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
True Value shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 in value.
All employees of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Philippines Inc., its affiliate companies, and their agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
True Value reserves, with concurrence of DTI, the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any e-Raffle entry that does not comply with any of the instructions above, even after the entry has already been submitted. By entering this e-Raffle contest, the customer agrees that any submitted data, including but not limited to names, photos, and other information, may be used by True Value in any platform or manner they deem appropriate.
The winner must bring two (2) valid IDs such as a Driver’s License, SSS Card, or Passport upon claiming of his/her prize. In claiming the prize through a representative, the representative must present a letter of authorization, registered e-mail, and two (2) valid IDs of the winner together with the representative’s valid IDs.
The winner will assume and shall be responsible for all taxes, licensing, registration, title, license plate, dealer preparation, shipping, and all other fees. True Value disclaims all expressed or implied warranties regarding the vehicle. Pick-up or delivery costs from the designated redemption center, as well as any non-standard options chosen by the winner, shall be borne by the winner.
In the event that the winner is unable to personally claim the prize, the customer shall be responsible for arranging the shipment and should shoulder all corresponding delivery and handling fees, regardless of location.
