Full Mechanics: 

1. The promo is open to all True Value customers with single or accumulated purchase/s of Php 40,000  at the True Value  Ayala Center Cebu on November 28, 2025. The customer with the highest amount of purchases can win a Napoleon outdoor grilling set!

2. The Customer Service or Marketing Representative will log the details of the participating customer and record all the qualified transactions on the monitoring sheet for cross-checking of information.  

3. The line cutter will stand at the end of the cashier line to determine the last customer.

4. Promo cut off will be at exactly 8:00 PM, and the winner will be announced at 8:30 pm, on the event day.

5. The winner will be notified through SMS, phone call, and registered mail.   

6. All employees, suppliers, and affiliates of Robinsons True Serve Hardware Phils. Inc., including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.   

7. Prizes are not convertible to cash, other products, or their equivalent. 

Claiming of Prizes:   

1. The winner may claim the prize at his/her preferred True Value store for up to 60 days (about 2 months) upon receipt of notification.  

2. The winner must present two valid IDs, original receipts, a notification letter, and invoice/s when claiming the prize.  

3. Prizes may be claimed by a representative. The representative must present two valid IDs, an authorization letter signed by the winner, a photocopy of two valid IDs of the winner, a copy of the notification letter, and invoice/s when claiming the prize.
